1. When switches arrived from our suppliers, we will do a round of checking to make sure all pins are intact and straight.
2. Before we ship out our switches, we made sure to check all the pins to be straight.
3. However, we would advise the purchaser to make sure the pins are straight before installing into a keyboard.
4. There will be no refunds/returns accepted for switches with bent pins AFTER installing into a keyboard.
